The dress is adorable! My daughter has bad eczema and she's basically been on LS zippies since she was boron 6 months ago. I am so glad that she can now wear clothes too! She wore these yesterday and we got lots of compliments.
In terms of size, my daughter is super tiny and at 6 months, 12.5 lbs she fits on the 0-3 months with some room to spare. We got the 3-6 months too and they're super big. As reference, we are still on newborn zippies.

I ordered this for my six month old, and it’s so adorable. We live in Texas and she is constantly hot, so this was awesome because it didn’t overheat her. I wish I had taken a picture. Anyway, she is currently in 12M normal clothes so I ordered the 12-18 months, it looks like it barely fits, but we can probably get two-three months of wear before it’s too snug on her.
10/10 recommend little sleepies to anyone and everyone!
