Poor Customer Service

Little Sleepies return...

So I asked to cancel before it shipped, and was denied. Now I have to pay $6 to return, per order! They bundled 3 orders in one box to save on shipping, but I can't do the same when making a return on 2 of those orders? Ridiculous! Especially when I asked to cancel before they even shipped.
