    Large tear after a few months of use

    I wanted to love this and initially it was amazing but after a few months of use there’s a large tear in the fabric. I’ve had it for six months but rotate between multiple duvet covers so have only used it for two of those months and have washed it a few times. I follow the washing instructions and when I reached out to customer service, their suggestion was to hang dry which is not reasonable for a queen size duvet cover. I do not recommend this product unless you have the means to hang dry such a large item or to replace it every six months.

    Meh

    It feels nice but I got a queen and it leaves very little draped over my mattress. Nothing like the picture more like it’s meant for a full size bed. I should have gotten a king if I wanted it to fit right. For reference I have a thick mattress but no pillow top. Very disappointed for the price.

    Sizing is wayyyy off

    I have a king size serta duvet insert and I bought a queen size duvet cover, and the cover absolutely swallows the insert. It's so sloppy looking. I'm so disappointed because I spent so much money on this and I can't return it. I specifically bought the queen size cover for my king size insert because I wanted that fluffy look and feel. It also feels nothing like the pajamas.
