I absolutely love Crescent Zippies, and this one was no exception in terms of design and color. The neutral shade is so versatile, offering endless styling options. However, I was really disappointed with the fabric quality. My first one started pilling after just one use, which felt like a fluke. Customer support was fantastic and replaced it immediately, but unfortunately, the replacement had the exact same issue. The pilling is so severe that following their advice to shave the fabric would likely ruin it. I’ve been careful to follow all the washing and drying instructions, so that’s not the problem. I truly wanted to love this Zippie, but sadly, it ended up being a waste.
