Yes. Little Sleepies Rewards is completely free to join. Log into your Little Sleepies account, navigate to the ‘Rewards’ section, and click sign up. You'll be signed up instantly and start earning points on every purchase.

Yes — make sure you're signed in and logged into your account at checkout so your purchase is linked and your points can be applied. We cannot merge accounts, so be sure to use the same account every time you make a purchase.

No. Everything starts fresh the day you join — your points and tier progress begin from your sign-up date forward, not from your purchase history with us.

Only your purchases placed on littlesleepies.com or shopping Little Sleepies through the Shop App count towards rewards.

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent (minus any taxes or shipping fees). Points post as pending for 30 days — our standard return window — then move to active and are yours to use.

Pending points reflect a recent order that's still inside the return window. Once that window closes without a return, the points automatically convert to active status. No action is needed on your end. Please allow 24 hours for your pending and active points to be reflected in your portal.

Points, in both pending and active states, may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your balances. Please reach out to us if you have placed an order more than 24 hours ago and you do not see your points.

Reward Credits: You can redeem 100 points for a $5 reward credit that can be applied at checkout. Multiple $5 credits can be stacked in a single order for even more savings!

Exclusive Merch & Swag (Sunseeker and up): Redeem points for members-only merch in your rewards portal. Merch must be redeemed alongside another item in your cart — it can't be redeemed on its own.

You can redeem your points at checkout in $5 (100 point) increments. These can stack with any available discounts.

Yes. Each batch of points expires 365 days after the date it was earned. Once a $5 reward credit is issued, though, it never expires — use it whenever you're ready.

If you return an order, the points tied to that purchase simply won't move from pending to active — no points are deducted from your existing active balance. If you happen to make a return and used a $5 reward, it will be returned to your store credit balance.

Yes. Points earned during sale events count toward your rewards just like any other purchase, and your reward credits can be redeemed during those sales too.

Yes — your 15% discount and your $5 reward credits work together. You can combine multiple credits in the same order alongside your discount.

Good news — your discount is ready the moment you sign up! Your code lives in your Rewards portal, and it'll also pop up in your mini bag once you start adding to cart. Just be sure you're logged in. Note that 15% applies to full-price items.

Dream Rewards has four tiers. You move up automatically as you earn points — there's nothing extra to do.

Your tier is based on the points you've earned within a calendar year. The moment your points cross a new tier's threshold, your upgrade takes effect immediately.

Once you reach a tier, you hold it through December 31 of the following calendar year.

Example: You reach Moongazer at any point in 2026 → you hold Moongazer through December 31, 2027. To stay in Moongazer going into 2028, you'll need to earn 350+ points again during 2027.

If you don't re-earn your tier's point threshold within your qualifying calendar year, you'll shift down on January 1 — but only to the tier that matches what you did earn, never all the way back to zero.

Example: A Moongazer member ends the year having earned 200 points → they move to Sunseeker, not back to Daydreamer.

Yes. If your points reach a higher tier's threshold within your qualifying year, you'll jump straight to that tier and your new expiration date resets accordingly.

The Vault is where fan-favorite, previously sold-out prints make their comeback. Access is exclusive to Moongazer and Starchaser members. Starchaser members also get to vote on which prints are brought back.

Moongazer and Starchaser members are routed to our priority customer concierge queue for faster response times.

Yes. There are a variety of ways to earn points.

Once you join, just click ‘Redeem’ so that we can verify your sign up.

Just make sure you're logged into your account, then head to our Early Access collection (pro tip: you can now find this in your account dashboard!). Logged-in Rewards members can add new products to cart 5 minutes before everyone else. Be sure you're signed up for SMS so you get a reminder right when the drop goes live!

Your VIP 15% discount has carried over — it's still there and it's yours as soon as you sign up. Little Sleepies Rewards builds on top of it: you now also earn points on every dollar you spend, which can convert into $5 reward credits you can stack right alongside your discount. Plus, you'll unlock tiered perks like exclusive merch, early Vault access, a birthday reward, and more.

Yes — it works just like store credit. You can use them on sale items, however your 15% discount or other promo codes only apply on full price items. (Note: this is subject to change at our discretion.)

Yes. Tiers are based on points earned in a calendar year (1 point per $1 spent):

• Daydreamer: 0-149 points (entry-level tier)
• Sunseeker: 150+ points (roughly $150 in qualifying spend)
• Moongazer: 350+ points (roughly $350 in qualifying spend)
• Starchaser: 750+ points (roughly $750 in qualifying spend)

No — there's no credit card associated with the program.

Little Sleepies Rewards may evolve over time, and by joining you agree that program details are subject to change. There's no grandfathering into old terms — all members move to the current program terms as updates roll out.

The Facebook VIP Group is our community — a place for events, first looks, and connecting with other LS parents. Little Sleepies Rewards is separate: it's how you earn points, unlock tiers, and get rewarded for what you spend. You don't need to be in one to be part of the other, and being in the Facebook group doesn't automatically enroll you in Little Sleepies Rewards (or vice versa) — you'll want to sign up for Little Sleepies Rewards directly to start earning.

Nope! By joining the program, you get access to free standard shipping within the US — no order minimum.

Head to your profile and add your kids to the Family Tree — you'll earn points just for completing it. Sunseeker members and above get a birthday discount for each child, sent by email during their birthday month. You can redeem birthday rewards for up to two children per calendar year, and rewards need to be used within the birthday month.
