    Manufacturing Flaw

    I bought this zippy as a sibling match and the zippy is cute. My only problem with it is that it came with a pulled thread in the thigh area and I emailed customer service and they told me to cut it and it should be fine and there is nothing they can do for me. Lo and behold I cut the thread it came undone and now have a hole in my daughter’s pajamas.

    We have been an LS family since my son was 15 months (he is now 4) but with this new incident I don’t think I will be buying as frequently as I usually do.
