Little Sleepies strives to provide families with the highest quality products, designed with craftsmanship and community at the heart of everything we do. With that, the health and safety of our customers and their little ones are of the utmost importance. 

We have received feedback that the care instruction labels connected to the Sleepyhead Lovey and Bandana Bib products can become detached. While we are not aware of any reports of injuries, out of an abundance of caution, we have made the decision to undertake a voluntary recall in partnership with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), of all Sleepyhead Lovies & Bandana Bibs purchased between 2/23/2021 and 9/6/2023.

1. Immediately remove the care instruction label to eliminate the potential hazard.

2. Once the care instruction label is removed, you can resume use of the product, which we continue to recommend be used under adult supervision. 

Alternatively, you may return your Sleepyhead Lovey and/or Bandana Bib to us with the care instruction label intact, using a prepaid shipping label, for a refund. Please continue reading below if you wish to initiate a return.

How should I remove the care instruction label?

We recommend using scissors and cutting the care instruction label close to the seam. Once removed, you may discard the label and continue using the products under adult supervision.

When are Sleepyhead Loveys and Bandana Bibs coming back?

We understand that you love these products which is why we’re taking the time and care to redesign the care instruction label so it meets our quality standards. We will keep our community posted on when they are due to return.

Are you offering replacements for these products?

We are not offering replacements for these products. Once you have removed the care instruction label you can continue using the product under adult supervision.

If I choose to return an item when / how will I be refunded?

Once your package arrives at our warehouse, our team will review your returned item and thereafter process your refund. Please allow 10-12 weeks for your refund to be processed, a check will be mailed to the address you provide to us when generating your return label.
