No. Everything starts fresh the day you join — your points and tier progress begin from your sign-up date forward, not from your purchase history with us.

Yes — your 15% off discount and your $5 reward credits work together. You can combine multiple credits in the same order alongside your discount. Just be sure to enter LOYAL15 at checkout to apply your 15% off.

Pending points reflect a recent order that's still inside the return window. Once that window closes without a return, the points automatically convert to active status. No action is needed on your end. Please allow 24 hours for your pending and active points to be reflected in your portal.

Reward Credits: You can redeem 100 points for a $5 reward credit that can be applied at checkout. Multiple $5 credits can be stacked in a single order for even more savings! Exclusive Merch & Swag (Sunseeker+): Redeem points for members-only merch in your rewards portal. Merch must be redeemed alongside another item in your cart — it can't be redeemed on its own.

Yes. Each batch of points expires 365 days after the date it was earned. Once a $5 reward credit is issued, though, it never expires — use it whenever you're ready.
