Rewards FAQ
-
No. Everything starts fresh the day you join — your points and tier progress begin from your sign-up date forward, not from your purchase history with us.
-
Yes — your 15% off discount and your $5 reward credits work together. You can combine multiple credits in the same order alongside your discount. Just be sure to enter LOYAL15 at checkout to apply your 15% off.
-
Pending points reflect a recent order that's still inside the return window. Once that window closes without a return, the points automatically convert to active status. No action is needed on your end. Please allow 24 hours for your pending and active points to be reflected in your portal.
-
Reward Credits: You can redeem 100 points for a $5 reward credit that can be applied at checkout. Multiple $5 credits can be stacked in a single order for even more savings! Exclusive Merch & Swag (Sunseeker+): Redeem points for members-only merch in your rewards portal. Merch must be redeemed alongside another item in your cart — it can't be redeemed on its own.
-
Yes. Each batch of points expires 365 days after the date it was earned. Once a $5 reward credit is issued, though, it never expires — use it whenever you're ready.

Little Sleepies Rewards is a free program available to U.S. customers. Points and tier status begin from your sign-up date and do not apply to past purchases. Program terms may change at any time. By signing up for the Program, creating an account, or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms, as well as to our website Terms of Service, and consent to the processing of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into, and made a part of, these Terms.
For full program details, see the Rewards Terms & Conditions.
Rewards Challenge: Open to U.S. Little Sleepies Rewards members from October 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT through December 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. No sign-up needed. Members earn bonus points automatically by completing the actions below, and each bonus can be earned once per member: 100 points for placing 5 orders; 30 points for purchasing one adult item and one baby, toddler, or kid item in the same print (Family Matching); 20 points for purchasing from a product category you’ve never bought from before (see below for eligible categories); 15 points for submitting 3 product reviews on products purchased in the last 90 days (regular review points still apply, limited to one per month); 10 points for finding the hidden bonus pass in a Little Sleepies email or text. Orders must be placed on littlesleepies.com. Cancelled, returned, and refunded orders and purchase of gift cards are ineligible. Points for purchase-based bonuses remain pending until the 31-day return window closes for the qualifying order (for the 5-order bonus, your 5th order). Bonus points are awarded in addition to regular earned points. One account per member; misuse may result in loss of points or termination from the program. We may change or end the challenge at any time. Subject to the Little Sleepies Rewards Terms & Conditions.
