I do love the quality of Little Sleepies products—the lovey is soft, adorable, and well made.
However, my experience with shipping and customer service was very disappointing. I ordered this for my little boy who needed his lovey as soon as possible, which is why I paid $16 for “UPS 2 Day Air.” Based on that, I expected it within a few days.
Instead, the total delivery time ended up being about a week due to processing plus shipping. That is not what most customers expect when selecting and paying for expedited shipping, and it’s not clearly communicated at checkout.
When I reached out, customer service acknowledged the timeline but was unwilling to offer any refund or credit. While the response was polite, it wasn’t helpful.
I like to support companies that stand behind their customer experience, not just their products. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t reflect that.
I would recommend ordering well in advance and skipping paid shipping upgrades, as they may not get your item to you any faster.

My son already had the Hedwig lovey so we thought he might like another lovey. We choose Parker because our son is obsessed with dogs! We were right- he loves it!
(Can’t see him too well but Parker is right there while my son snuggles with me and our pup)
