With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we've been finding ourselves in that cozy, reflective headspace. You know the one where you pause between the pumpkin spice and peppermint everything to count your blessings and remember what really matters.
So, we gathered the team behind Little Sleepies to share what's been filling them with gratitude this year. Their responses were honest, heartfelt, and wonderfully human to read (we only cried a little). We hope they inspire you to pause and think about your own gratitude reflections, too. Feel free to share with us in the comments!

Grateful for family moments. "I'm most grateful for my son Parker and the joy he brings to my life. He started kindergarten this fall and it's brought so many new activities, adventures and things to learn and discover which I've been able to do alongside him. There's something so grounding about seeing the world through a child's eyes, and this year that's what's bringing me the most gratitude!" ~ Lindsay, Marketing
Grateful for stability. "This year, I am most grateful for the gift of stability. I had a few years that felt extremely rocky, so any day I wake up on solid ground feels like a huge blessing — with stability in my home, career, health, and more." ~ Karli, Marketing
Grateful for a healthy baby. "This year, I'm beyond grateful for the support we had from our family and care team in welcoming our second child Henry. Henry had some weight gain and feeding issues early on which included a hospital stay, lots of doctor appointments and going on some specialized formula. I'm so happy to say he's now a chunky 9 month old and am so grateful for his improved health!" ~ Michelle, Operations

Grateful for the little things. "I'm so thankful for simply waking up every day (even if I hit snooze one too many times), and having good coffee and great music to start my mornings. The little things really do make life feel extra sweet." ~ Lee, Marketing
Grateful for live music. "This year, I'm most grateful for all the concerts I went to. Live music has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and in 2025 I got to be in the room with so many great artists. Experiencing the communities around each of them is always so inspiring and grounding, and it reminds me why music is so valuable for connecting with others!" ~ Eliana, Human Resources
Grateful for Bluey. "I'm so grateful to be parenting during the Bluey era! It might sound funny to be thankful for a children's show, but those who know, know. Bluey has such a special way of celebrating connection, imagination, and joy in everyday family moments. Recently, another parent told me that one of my play ideas with my kids felt like something straight out of a Bluey episode, and it was the best compliment!" ~ Rachel, eCommerce

Grateful for balance. "I am grateful for my amazing kiddos who challenge me every day and make me want to be the best version of myself. I'm also thankful to work for a company that allows me to do my best work while managing the chaos and the schedules of 5 children." ~ Agnes, Marketing
Grateful for living close to loved ones. "This year I am so incredibly thankful to be living so close to my entire family again. When I was 11, I moved away from Virginia to South Dakota with my mom. After college, I moved back to Virginia and briefly lived with my dad before moving 3 hours away due to the Navy, so I haven't gotten to spend much time with most of my family for a large portion of my life. Being two minutes away from my dad, an hour away from my siblings, and 1.5 hours away from my mom is the best feeling in the world." ~ Anna, eCommerce
Grateful for awareness. "This year I'm grateful for the moments that felt bright and easy, the ones that reminded me what it's like to be in a good place. I'm also thankful for the perspective that even when things aren't perfect, they can and will get better. It feels good to recognize when life is calm and full, and to hold on to the awareness that those good stretches deserve to be noticed and appreciated." ~ Reena, Human Resources

Grateful for memories that live on. "It's honestly been such a hard year for my family since losing my mother-in-law at the beginning of it. I'm so grateful for the memories she was able to share with my kids before she passed. My kids are both toddlers and won't remember many things, but they see her photos and know exactly who she is. I'm thankful that I can continue to tell them about all the sweet moments they shared with her as they grow up." ~ Vanessa, Customer Experience
Grateful for the power of perspective. "This year I've been thinking a lot about perspective — I'm grateful for feeling challenged by opportunities I once hoped for, and simply waking up each day. Oh, and good coffee & Olivia Dean's new album." ~ Claudia, Marketing
Grateful for being a dad. “I'm most thankful for the opportunity to be a dad. Experiencing life through my daughter's eyes has been life-changing, and I am so thankful each and every day.” ~ Jonny, Marketing
