Will doorbusters be restocked during the sale?
No, when it is sold out, it is sold out. There are no planned restocks for doorbusters.

Which prints are included?
This is our only sitewide* sale of the year. Products from the Snow Much Fun, Disney Aloha Stitch, and Disney Moana of Motunui print collections are excluded and not eligable for our Black Friday discount. Gift Cards and Gift Bags are also excluded and not eligable for the sale.

Can I preload my cart?
We don’t recommend preloading carts, as carts are not guaranteed to stay intact when we switch the site over for the start of the sale, but you are welcome to try. Please note that inventory is not on hold in the cart, so we recommend checking out as soon as possible once the sale starts.

When will my order ship?
Due to high order volume, orders are expected to ship within 4-6 business days. Expedited shipping is not available during the Black Friday Sale.

Can I return or exchange items purchased during the sale?
Any orders placed using the discount code will not be eligible for return or exchange and will be final sale. If you opt to purchase items at full-price, they will be eligible for return or exchange.

What products apply for doorbusters?
Our doorbusters are sale products that are eligible for an additional 30% off when you use our Black Friday discount code.

Do you offer price adjustments?
Due to the limited nature of our Black Friday sale and stock, we're unable to offer price adjustments on prior orders.

Yes, we are offering free shipping on orders that are $25+ (after the discount code has been applied).
