    Pajama pants.

    I bought these pajamas for our Christmas pictures. When I received them I realized they sent my husband a large instead of xl. I contacted immediately to address the issue. With this being their mistake they did offer to gift the pair that were the wrong size and send a replacement. The problem is our pictures were in 2 days and I expressed that in my initial email and instead of doing a fast shipping to ensure they were here for our pictures I booked months ago and would have had the pajama pants had they not made the mistake I was told they would take 5-10 business days. So I booked pictures and had shirts made to match the pajama pants for it all to be pointless due to a pair not being here in time on their mistake.
